Read on to learn about some of the products and services we successfully implemented in 2017. People Helping People The Credit Union motto, People Helping People, is alive and well at JMAFCU. Along with our sponsor, JMAFCU is committed to making a difference in our community. JMAFCU associates donated toys and clothes for youth served by the Children's Home Society of Florida and the Sulzbacher Center. JMAFCU also participated in the Back to School Backpack Distribution to benefit the United Way of Northeast Florida. Trust Isn't Given. It's Earned. Bauer Financial of Coral Gables, Florida, the nation's credit union and bank rating firm, congratulated JMAFCU on its 5-Star Superior rating. This rating, based on financial data, recognized JMAFCU as one of the strongest financial institutions in the nation. Dependable and financially strong, JMAFCU has maintained this honor for 34 consecutive quarters. Gubernatorial Recognition JMAFCU received a letter of commendation from Florida State Governor Rick Scott for being named in the Jacksonville Business Journal's list of the top Credit Unions. New Products and Services The way we do things has changed. Some of these changes are in the way we deliver products and services to you. Website Upgrade We updated the JMAFCU website to be more user-friendly and to provide easier access to information about JMAFCU's products, services, branch locations and more. Our updated website also provides the ability to electronically become a member, apply for loans and access our home banking platform, SAFE IB. SAFE Mobile The JMAFCU SAFE Mobile app was updated, adding new features that give members the ability to effortlessly access their financial information and process account transactions. JMCard SAFE JMAFCU added the JMCard SAFE app to our mobile platform. The app puts card control in the hands of our members no matter where they are – providing the ability to monitor their Visa ® Check Card and credit card transactions and receive alerts on transactions that they flag. 7 The Way We Do Things Has Changed.
