I
am pleased to report that the actives continue to provide
strong leadership and the chapter continues aggressively
on the upswing. For the spring 2018 semester, the chapter
house is once again full with 59 men living in. The house has
never looked better and the chapter budget is in solid shape.
Please read the chapter update by Ryan Montgomery '20
on page 2.
A sincere thanks to each of you for your tremendous support
in donating over $325,000 for our summer 2017 kitchen and
dining room remodel project.
We were pleased to host nearly 300 parents and alumni on
ΣAE Family Day at the chapter house on Saturday, September
30, 2017. We dedicated the kitchen and Presidential Dining
Room to the only two Kansas State Alumni to ever serve as
University President, Milton Eisenhower '22 (1943-1950)
and General Richard B. Myers '65 (2016-Present).

Our next major improvement project is the chapter house
HVAC system, which ranges from 30 years old for the air
conditioning to over 50 years old for the boiler. The total
project cost will be approximately $150,000. Fundraising
activities are in process.
Thank you for your continued support. I promise you the
money is carefully managed and invested in the future of
Kansas Beta. It is a future that is very bright.
Yours in the bonds,
