e Morgan R-II School District has four buildings
on two campuses, with a total enrollment of
approximately 1,500 students. e district is
accredited with "Distinction in Performance"
by the Missouri Department of Elementary and
Secondary Education with a student to teacher
ratio of 17 to one.
Morgan County R-II District's four-year graduation
rate is approximately 98.6 percent with 35.3
graduating seniors going onto a four-year college or
university and 23.5 graduating seniors going on to
a two-year college or technical school.
e district offers the Alpha program, a K-12 gied
program and provides other services including
Parents as Teachers, community education and
early childhood special education.
It also has a 33-acre outdoor classroom and
comprehensive programs, including title 1
Preschool, fine arts, Advance Placement, A
+ Scholarship program for grades 9 – 12 and
alternative learning.
