Parking
Downtown parking is available. Suggested areas include the paid parking in the Systel Parking lot at 225 Green St., and free parking in city lots on Person and Hay streest, as well as other various downtown locations.
Shuttle Services Free off site shuttle service will be available at the city Parks and Recreation Facility on Lamon Street. Shuttle service is free and will run approximately every 15 minutes to transport passengers to the festival footprint. Hours of operation are Saturday 3:00 to 11: 00 PM and Sunday from 1:00 to 6:00. Designated pickup location is by Linear Park.
Disabled Parking
Disabled parking will be designated in the Hay Street United Method- ist Church Parking lot and the Bank of America Parking Lots on Ray Ave. Availability is fi rst come fi rst serve.
Pet Free Festival Please remember to leave all pets at home. This does not apply to service animals.
Midway
The midway opens at 6 p.m. on Friday night. For $20 all you can ride wrist- bands during the Bloom & Boom Kickoff Party. Bring your receipt totaling $5 or more from any local Family Foods Taco Bell location and receive $5 off wristbands for Friday night. Saturday and Sunday, midway rides will be open during regular festival hours and will operate on a ticketed system.
