Seen at the Scene Ole Mill Days
Oct. 24 - 25 Hope Mills celebrated the return of its lake with a weekend of dancing and music, not to mention a chili cookoff contest and rubber ducky race. The town also dedicated its new dam and spillway to John Henley, a former state senator and town mayor and commissioner. A pedestrian bridge was dedicated to former Mayor Al Brafford.
