o give you an idea of what was done over the last few years to improve the facility, the remodeling focused on two core areas. To
improve safety, we enhanced the fire system in the house and improved upon the boiler for our heat needs. To improve the aes-
thetics, we put new ceilings and flooring in the first floor to enhance the look when you enter the building, added a full basketball
court (which is used extensively by the membership), added new landscaping to improve the curb appeal, a new roof, new windows in the
first floor for energy savings, and new carpeting throughout the house. Additionally, we added new plaques to remember and acknowl-
edge our alumni and the traditions of the AO Chapter.
