Newcomer of the Year Natalie Williams Springdale Har-Ber 5-9 Soph. Helped the Lady Wildcats to their third consecutive Class 7A state finals appearance and second-place finish in the 7A-West conference. Coach of the Year Wes Davis Paris Led Paris to its third straight Class 3A state title and sixth consecutive appearance in the 3A state volleyball finals in 11 years as coach. First Team Name School Pos Ht Class Notable Lauren Thompson Springdale Har-Ber Outside Hitter 5-11 Sr Ole Miss signee and two-time all-state honoree. Finished a fantastic senior season with 569 kills and a .310 hitting percentage to go with 56 aces, 59 blocks, 321 digs and 533 serve receptions with 22 errors, leading the team in all those categories except blocks. Ella May Powell Fayetteville Setter/hitter 6-0 Sr Earned all-state honors for the fourth consecutive season and was named American Volleyball Coaches' Association first-team All-American and was named to the East team for the Under Armour All-American match. University of Washington signee who led Fayetteville to its third consecutive Class 7A state title. Finished a fantastic high school career with 3,915 assists, 1,079 digs, 210 aces and 827 kills in 441 sets. Emma Palasak Bentonville Outside hitter 5-11 Sr Earned all-state honors and led the Lady Tigers to the 7A-West Conference title. The Washburn University signee finished with a team-best 373 kills and .296 hitting percentage to go with 33 aces, 277 digs. Tymber Riley Bentonville Outside hitter 5-9 Sr Will play both volleyball and softball at Arkansas Tech. Earned all-state honors for Lady Tigers volleyball team and helped it to the 7A-West Conference title. Turned in an outstanding all-around season with 351 kills and a .286 hitting percentage to go with 35 aces, 31 blocks, a team-best 454 digs and 452 serve receptions with just 22 errors. Julianna Cramer Harrison Setter/hitter 5-9 Sr Two-time all-state selection and Arkansas State volleyball signee. … Finished with more than 2,500 assists to go with 301 aces, 830 digs and 703 kills in her high school career. Baylee Barganier Bentonville Setter 5-7 Sr Earned team MVP honors to help the Lady Tigers to the 7A-West Conference title. Earned all-state honors. Finished with an incredible 1,053 assists and team-best 50 aces and 59 kills. Lexie Castillow Greenwood Libero 5-1 Sr Anchored the Lady Bulldogs defense to earn all-state honors. Led Greenwood to a Class 6A state title and totaled 50 digs in the state finals against Jonesboro. Finished with a team-best 643 digs, 55 aces and 588 serve receptions with just 50 errors. Second Team Name School Pos Ht Class Notable Lexi Richards Shiloh Christian Outside hitter 5-11 Jr Led the Lady Saints to the Class 4A state title and earned state tournament MVP honors. Finished with a team-best 549 kills and hit .290 to go with 39 aces, 357 digs and a team- high 635 serve receptions with 41 errors. Hannah Martin Rogers High Outside hitter/setter 6-0 Sr Earned all-state honors for the second consecutive season and helped the Lady Mounties to the Class 7A state quarterfinals. Signed to play volleyball for Colorado School of Mines. Finished with 297 kills, 159 digs, 54 blocks, 44 aces and 178 assists this season. Hannah Holland Fort Smith Southside Middle blocker 6-1 Jr Earned all-state honors and led the Mavericks to the Class 7A state quarterfinals. Finished with a team-high 330 kills and .312 hitting percentage along with 54 aces and 73 blocks (48 solos). Shaylon Sharp Siloam Springs Outside hitter 5-10 Sr Signed to play at Missouri Southern. Missed first part of the season returning from a knee injury but led the Lady Panthers back to the Class 6A state semifinals. Earned all-state honors and enjoyed a strong all-around season with 231 kills, 53 aces and 229 digs. Jayci Carpenter Springdale Har-Ber Outside hitter 5-9 Jr Earned all-state honors and helped the Lady Wildcats to a Class 7A state runner-up finish. Finished with 386 kills to go with 46 aces, 141 digs and 158 serve receptions with only 15 errors. Carrie Ciesla Greenwood Outside hitter/setter 5-7 Sr Named Class 6A state tournament Most Valuable Player to help the Lady Bulldogs to the state title. Finished a strong all-around season with 217 kills, 49 aces, 239 digs and 456 assists. Isabella Gibbany Harrison Libero 5-3 Sr Missouri State signee for volleyball and three-time all-state selection. Finished with 1,603 digs in her career and 127 aces as a back-row specialist. Helped the Lady Goblins to a 47-1 conference record during her career.
