27 12.31.2017 SCHOOL: Greenwood CLASS: Senior THE SCOOP: Gamble was class 6A medalist as a freshman in 2014 and as a senior this fall. … Finished state runner-up in 2015 and 2016. … Gamble became sick with food poisoning the night before the state tournament. … Over the two-day tournament, Gamble shot 145, downing Siloam Springs' Brinkley Beever by 12 strokes. … Combined with Evan Griffith's 147, Greenwood swept the boys and girls individual state titles.
