The 6-6 Bulldogs take on the 7-5 Mustangs in the first-ever Frisco Bowl. Louisiana Tech looks to extend its three-game bowl win streak dating back to 2014, while SMU has won its last two bowl games, but makes its first bowl ap- pearance since 2012. (N) THURSDAY 8:00 p.m. ESPN College Football Bad Boy Mowers Gasparilla Bowl — Temple vs Florida International. The 8-4 Golden Panthers play the 6-6 Owls in the Gasparilla Bowl. Florida International lost its only prior appearance in this bowl, falling 20-10 to Mar- shall in 2011. Temple's third-straight bowl game extends the longest streak in school history. The 9-2 Bulls battle the 6-6 Red Raiders in the 2016 Birmingham Bowl at Legion Field. South Flor- ida looks to win its sec- ond-straight Birmingham Bowl, knocking off South Carolina 46-39 last year. Texas Tech plays its first bowl game since 2015. (N) 3:30 p.m. ESPN College Football Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl — San Diego State vs Army. The Black Knights battle the Aztecs in the Armed Forces Bowl from Fort Worth, Texas. Army makes just its second Armed Forces Bowl appearance, after topping SMU 16-14 in 2010. San Diego State's Rashaad Penny led the nation with 2,027 rushing yards. (N) 7:00 p.m. ESPN College Football Dollar General Bowl — Appalachian State vs Toledo. The 8-4 Moun- taineers kick off against the 11-2 Rockets in the Dollar General Bowl at Ladd-Peebles Stadium. Appalachian State and Toledo play their sec- ond-straight bowl game against each other. The Mountaineers won last year's Camellia Bowl 31- 28. (N) 8:20 p.m. WNDU 0 NFL Minnesota Vikings at Green Bay Packers. NFC North rivals meet for the second time this season when the Packers host the Vikings in Week 16. Minnesota's defense shut out Green Bay in three of the four quarters when the two clubs met in Week 6, helping lead the Vikings to a 23-10 victory.
