But consignment shops such as New- 2-U, 2506 E. Ash St., and Second Fling, 2467 U.S. 70 West, can help make shop- ping less challenging and stressful as you look for that perfect gift while main- taining a budget. Jo Crawford, owner of New-2-U, and Brenda Wall, manager at Second Fling, agree that shops such as theirs offer just about any item a budget-conscious shop- per could want. Both offer gently used items as well as a variety of new items — all a great sav- ings. "We have a little bit of everything," Crawford said. "We have household items. We have small furniture, clothing, toys, just about anything that you want, and we do get a lot of new stuff in, too, where people buy gifts, and they don't want them or they get gifts and don't want them.
