"You know it's something that they want," said Janice Whisenhunt, owner of The Inside Shop. "You don't even have to stop and think, except you want something out of this particular collection because you know this is something that they desire to have. "Most of the people that come in here know the collection that they are buying because the person that they're buying for has already let them know that they want this particular collection." Her store, located in the Victo- rian Village on Royall Avenue, offers several popular collections, including Byers Choice Limited, featuring carolers and gingerbread houses, and Fontanini, which are nativity pieces.
