Phase 1 Renovations Complete
PHASE 1 RENOVATIONS
COMPLETED DURING
SUMMER 2017
INCLUDED:
• Thorough cosmetic renovations of
all 21 bedrooms, including new oak
floors and paneled doors that are
both historically accurate and up to
Philadelphia fire code.
• Complete reconfiguration of the
upstairs electrical system, improving
our energy efficiency, reducing risk of
fires, and increasing power to capacity
levels that today's appliances and
usage demand.
• Upgrade of the technology and Wi-Fi
infrastructure allowing brothers to
enjoy the benefits of uninterrupted
studying and entertainment.
• Relocation of the second- and third-
floor bathrooms so that plumbing in
the house is now stacked vertically
above kitchen to avoid future leaks
to first floor living areas. This vital
step also brought brand-new larger
bathrooms to the second and third
floors.
• Complete replacement of roof,
(6 layers of old roofing removed)
protecting our investment.
