The Delta Prose St. Anthony Hall at the University of Pennsylvania Phase 1 Renovations of Delta Campaign Complete W e are happy to report that the Delta Chapter at St. Anthony Hall has moved into the Fall semester running on all cylinders. The house is full, the brotherhood is a group of well-rounded leaders within Penn's community, and the alumni bonds grow stronger by the day. The Delta Campaign has raised more than $2 million, which takes us into the next stage of our vital renovation plans. After assessing the costs future construction, as well as the success the Delta Chapter has had so far in fundraising, we have set our campaign goal at $3.5 million. As you may see on page 5, the work already completed has made a huge impact on the quality experience at the Delta Chapter. The structural shift to align the bathrooms and kitchen, will prevent leaking and damage for years to come. The new electricity system and WiFi has brought 3637 into the 21st century and greatly reduced risk of electrical fires and damage. Visiting alumni along with undergraduate brothers have been thrilled with the renovations made to the bedrooms throughout the Hall. We are eager to begin our next phase of construction and need all brothers to help us reach our goal. I know that many of you plan on giving, but for one reason or another have held off. Thanks to the generous support of our brothers we were able to complete phase 1. However, we need participation from all alumni to ensure we can resume construction this summer. We are also planning structural and technological improvements to the basement mechanical systems, including moving the boiler and water heating systems in preparation for the tap room expansion and full house air conditioning. As part of this work, we are doing a full aesthetic upgrade of all downstairs areas which have not been touched since the original construction and are suffering from poor ventilation. The majority of my conversations with brothers across generations have based around the fact, that the Hall was the focal point of their college experience. To this day, our closest friends, groomsmen, godparents, and brothers have stemmed from our Hall connections. The Hall was home and I ask that you please extend yourself in the midst of this crucial campaign to make a pledge or contribution. Gifts to the Saint Anthony Hall 1907 Foundation (a 501(c)(3) organization) are 100% tax deductible. You can spread your gift over five years, making annual or monthly payments. Please use the enclosed pledge form or visit www.delta3637.org to make your one-time gift or pledge today. YITB, Alex Cook Δ'74 President Delta Alumni Association
