For those unfamiliar with TOPS, it is a club called Take Off Pounds Sensibly. They meet regularly at the Quartzsite Alli- ance Church on Tuesday mornings. In the winter and fall they meet from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. The weigh-ins are from 7:00- 7:45 a.m. Visitors are welcomed to come and join, or just come visit.
