CHAPTER ETERNAL H. Lende Jr. '60 entered Chapter Eternal on September 9, 2016. Edgar Covey Nash Jr. '62 entered Chapter Eternal at the age of 76, with the love of his life, Michelle, by his side at their home in Houston. Covey earned his BA in 1964 and was a member of the cheerleading squad and Silver Spurs Honorary Service Organization. He was an advertising executive in Houston for many years, starting his career with McCann- Erickson and ending as a Vice President/ Account Supervisor at Weekley & Penny. Covey and Michelle were happily married 53 years, raised five children together, and were blessed with seven grandchildren. In lieu of customary remembrances, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions in Covey's name be directed to the SFA Alumni Association for the Covey Nash Memorial Scholarship, Attn: Jacque Royce, 5 Chuckanut Ln., Houston, TX 77024-7301; or to the Beta Theta Pi Foundation for Beta Omicron in Honor of Covey Nash, P.O.
