Spring and Fall Recruitment Success Recruitment was a major success for us this year, with the addition of 35 brothers last spring and 23 pledges in the new member education process this fall. Each semester, we have over 200 men partake in our recruitment. It is fantastic how the quality of our chapter has been developed over the years, allowing us to bring in the best men on campus. Brotherhood Chairman Ben McCormack '18 is working on a brotherhood retreat for next spring to strengthen the bond between our new and seasoned members. Plans for an Honors Lodge Gym The active Chapter is working on several projects to improve Ohio Delta's facilities and brotherhood experience. To encourage brothers to be healthy and active, we hope to create a gym in the Honors Lodge basement. House Managers Ben Hoste '19 and Ben Helkowski '18 are working on adding composites and Fraternity history documents highlighting our origin, noteworthy alumni, and Ohio Delts and Coach Nina at Delta Gamma's Anchor Splash.
