We are setting the leadership example for our peers, pro- spective students, and surrounding community. Gamma-rho Zeta ranked third-hiGhest in academics Academics remain a top priority at 904 Col- lege Avenue. The addition of new scholarships, study resources, and collaborative learning op- portunities has proved successful over the past year. Brothers will be pushing hard for another productive year in academia. Our men achieved third place last year with an average of 3.235. It will be tough competition to achieve first place, but we are ready for the challenge. chapter Welcomes 54 associates In addition to academic success, we had the most successful new member education program to date. Fifty-seven associate members out of 60 were initiated in spring 2017. The new mem- ber education program has continued to chal- lenge our associate members and mold them into young men worthy of our bond. Recruitment was a success as our Chapter signed 54 distin- guished men. Brothers strive to loG 4,000 volunteer hours In the community, our members logged just shy of 4,000 volunteer hours last year. In response to our 4,000-hour goal, the Chapter has elected to increase the hours required for membership as we strive to achieve our goal of logging 4,000 hours this coming year. connect With Gamma-rho Zeta online It's an exciting time for our Chapter in terms of alumni engagement. After the growth in alumni involvement that we experienced this past year, we have set out to continue creating opportuni- ties for alumni to reengage with the Gamma-Rho Chapter. Brothers demonstrate their commitment to academic, philanthropic, and leadership success. 2017 Chapter OffiCers Gamma-Rho Chapter is looking forward to con- tinuing improvements on academia, service, and involvement. Our men are proud of the rich his- tory here at 904 College Avenue, and every year we strive to top the last. By striking a balance be- tween academic success, philanthropy, and social involvement, our members are leaving a lasting impact on Greek life, our campus, and the sur- rounding community for years to come.
