Forbes Δ'38 passed away on March 20 as a resident of Paoli, Pa. He was a highly decorated WWII veteran, having served as a fighter pilot with the 14th Army Air Forces in the China-Burma-India theater, where he was shot down by enemy ground fire, evaded capture, and was rescued by Chinese troops. After the War, he pursued a career in the insurance industry and volunteered his time to several historical societies in the Philadelphia area. Robert "Bob" P. Lambrecht Δ'56 passed away on June 12, 2016, as a resident of Boca Grande, Fla., after a brief battle with cancer. He was the third generation to run the Lambrecht Realty Company since 1926. Bob served as chairman until starting his own company, Lambrecht Properties, in 1990, to buy commercial real estate with his sons. Bob loved golf and boating, spending many summers on Harsens Island and Walloon Lake, and cruising the "Great Loop" from Michigan to Florida. He is survived by his wife, Ginny, of 55 years; two sons, James and Jeffrey; and four grandchildren.
