Our church is made up of a group of ordinary people from all walks of life who are being transformed by the power of Jesus Christ. Our vision is to "Seek and win the lost to Jesus Christ, Serve the suffering, and Share life together as we grow Spiritually." TAKE A RIDE: Festival thrillers The annual N.C. Pickle Festival would not be com- plete without carnival rides. One of the main attractions to the downtown event features something for everyone. There are tamer rides for the little ones to the fast and furious options for thrill-seeking daredevils. The ride area will be in the Steele Memorial Library parking lot, corner of West Main and North Chestnut streets. There will be something for everyone in regards to carnival rides this year. Take a tamer spin if you are less adventurous, but if you are go the fast and furious route. See RIDES, Page 16 Participants of the 2016 N.C. Pickle Festival enjoy a ride on the Pickle Train.
