We have been busy restructuring, reorganizing and implementing new training techniques here in the offi ce. We have been receiving lots of compliments on this new envi- ronment we are creating. I would like to take this opportunity to in- troduce my incredible staff. They are here to assist you and help answer your questions. I feel so blessed to have such outstanding staff. Each one brings valuable skills and experience that together, create a balanced and productive work environment. Lisa Lovell, Chief Deputy Apprais- er. Lisa has been with the offi ce for 2 years and has 15 years of market- ing and management experience. Lisa obtained Level I and II Prop- erty Appraiser certifi cations with the Arizona Department of Revenue and International Association of As- sessing Offi cers and has experience in all areas of the offi ce. Along with her duties as Chief Deputy she also works on parcel splits/combines and the CAMA system. Mary Mitchell, Senior Property Ap- praiser. Mary has 30 years in the assessment fi eld and obtained Level I and II Property Appraiser certi- fi cations with the Arizona Depart- ment of Revenue and International Association of Assessing Offi cers, including property valuation, land and personal property. Mary has experience in mapping, tax relief programs, centrally valued proper- ties and all areas of the offi ce. Shelly Rohde, Program Specialist/ Mobile Homes. Shelly has over 30 years in government accounting and procurement. After 10 years with the County School Superintendent's offi ce, she moved to the Assessor's offi ce. Shelly has a bachelor's de- gree in Business Administration and Finance and is working toward her Level I Appraiser certifi cation. Kimmy Olsen, Administrative As- sistant. Kimmy has been with the offi ce for over a year now. Kimmy worked for over 30 years in the le- gal fi eld with degrees in Business Administration and Criminal Jus- tice. The Staff would like to take this time to congratulate Kimmy for obtaining her Level I Property Ap- praiser Certifi cation with the Ari- zona Department of Revenue and International Association of Assess- ing Offi cers on March 20th 2017. Kimmy handles a variety of tasks in the offi ce including permits and ownership deeds. Susie Sharp, Data Clerk. Susie brings 30 years of experience in data entry, management and accounting clerk, including 7 years in the as- sessment fi eld. Susie has worked closely with all departments within the offi ce entering data and pro- cessing critical information. With her experience, Susie will be a great contender for extending her studies for a Level I Property Appraiser. Everyone is settling into their po- sitions nicely, learning new things from each other, and working to- gether as a team with an amazing motivational spirit.
