The study was conducted by Cape Fear Partners and TTI Success Insights with the sponsorship of the Chamber. We invited 168 leaders from across the community to participate in the study. We are pleased to say that 116 of these thought leaders agreed. We have a cross section from industry, non-profits, government, education and clergy. Cape Fear Partners recognized the incredible talent in Fayetteville and the need for the community to become more proactive in the development of leadership capabilities and capacity across organizations and generations. One of the interesting findings from the study uncovers the fact that women have a generally stronger set of skills versus the men in the study. That is just a tidbit and there is truly a wealth of information for you to review. The report was underwritten by Cape Fear and TTI. You can download your free copy at faybiz.com or capefearpartners.com. Cape Fear we will be hosting a series of community presentations on the findings and to answer questions. We believe it is time for collaborative conversations among all segments of the community about our collective future and how we successfully navigate our community into the future. We hope you consider how this information can support you personally, your organizations and the overall community. Our view is we have the necessary element to become a very special community. It simply takes collective leadership.
