The addition of these True Gentlemen brings our number of active brothers up to 148, further enhancing our cultural blend of in-state, out-of-state, and international additions each semester. Our fall 2016 GPA was a 3.32, which continued our upward trend, resulting in a chapter cumulative GPA of 3.23. In addition, 41 brothers made the Dean's List and seven brothers earned a perfect 4.0. STRONG PHILANTHROPIC PRESENCE CONTINUES This spring, brothers look forward to the many opportunities to make a positive impact on our community. We hosted the second annual Combat Cancer interfraternal lacrosse tournament on April 21 to continue our support of the Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. In addition to this event, we look forward to participating in Michigan State University's Greek Week with our partners: Sigma Delta Tau, Kappa Sigma, and FarmHouse. Our Greek Week proceeds will also be going toward the Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. These events, paired with the True Gentleman Day of Service, April 21-23, and participation in other philanthropic events, such as Sigma Chi's Puck-off Cancer, allow our brothers to continue to set a fantastic example throughout the East Lansing community about the true impact Greek life can have on campuses nationwide. ALUMNI, THANK YOU Once again, I would like to thank Michigan Gamma alumni for all that they have done for us. The house renovation is a fantastic asset for the future of our chapter, and we believe it will be a launching pad for unbelievable growth. I look forward to seeing you all in the future and I am honored to be the Eminent Archon building upon the foundation built by all. Phi Alpha, Joseph Kesseler '18 Eminent Archon (414) 902-3941 kessele4@msu.edu Carter Mayes '18 and Eric Fox '18 participated in the international student scavenger hunt created by Michigan Gamma and Zeta Tau Alpha.
