Vol. 67 No. 10 The Buckeye Phi Psi Phi Kappa Psi s The Ohio State University s Spring 2017 OHIO DELTA I house DirecTor BiDs Farewell To 124 easT 14Th avenue N t is hard to fathom that my time in service to Ohio Delta as house director comes to a close in May. The three years I have spent as "house dad" have been some of the best of my life, and I am deeply grateful for the opportunity and all the tremendous blessings that came with it. One of the most notable blessings were the people I was lucky enough to meet in this role, and I would be remiss to write my farewell without thanking them for their friendship, support, and love for Phi Kappa Psi. To the House Corporation of Ohio Delta, especially Gordon Gough '97, Sean Whalen '01, and Chris Fahey '08, many thanks for the countless hours you invest in Phi Kappa Psi and being a core group I could always look to for aid and answers. To the Chapter advisors, Kyle Andrews '78 and Seth Porter '01, I am grateful for your willingness to always lend a hand, the incredible example you set for our men (and me), and your friendship. To former House Director Dave Ellsworth, thank you for your reliable counsel and for showing me the ropes. To our long and distinguished roster of undergraduates and young alumni who lived in the house during my time here, thank you for your hard work and respect. I remind you that the future of our Fraternity is as bright as you make it. There are many other Ohio Deltas who played an immeasurable role in my life, and I am unable to list them all in this short farewell. To those not specifically addressed above, I say simply—thank you! At the start of my tenure in 2014, I entered the house at 124 East 14th Avenue and considered it a place to live. At the end of my time, I will leave the house but will always consider it "home." I will never forget the impact you have had on my life, and look forward to humbly serving our noble Fraternity— and the distinguished Ohio Delta Chapter—in the coming decades. Amici, Charles W.
