The big question is "where does he go"? You'll have to check my website to get the latest on his track forecasts, but everywhere from the NC beaches to the Gulf Coast is in the "cone" right now, with Florida being really close to the center so far. If he goes to Florida early next week, there's a good chance that we get some heavy rains from him later in the week, but no guarantees yet. But all the forecast models are making a really big deal with the heavy rains with it, for some areas. Up to 15" or rain could occur in the proper quadrant of the storm track, and some models show a big part of the Southeast states getting into this.
