he Delta alumni and undergraduate leadership have developed a solid plan to address the long-term viability of the fraternity
experience on the Purdue campus. rough careful study, assessment, and planning, it has been determined that updates and
maintenance to the chapter house are necessary, and the fraternity must invest in our home to meet the needs of today's students.
Working with local firm, KJG Architecture, we developed a tactical approach to our future. An emphasis has been placed on providing
ample study place and a competitive and attractive living environment. e goal is a high-quality, durable renovation that will provide a
safe living and state-of-the-art learning environment for generations.
