Main - Quartzsite (one block east of Family Dollar) 928-927-6551 La Paz Regional Hospital Board of Direc- tors names Kevin Brown CEO Kevin Brown was named CEO of La Paz Re- gional Hospital by the Board of Directors effective January 1, 2017. The new CEO is looking to expand the services offered to La Paz County residents in the coming years. "Ensuring that patients receive quality healthcare close to home is a priority of mine and the Board of Directors," says Kevin. A new 2017- 2019 Strategic Plan was formed over the last year and Kevin was instru- mental in guiding La Paz Regional Hospital's direction for the future. When asked about the new plan, Kevin shared, "Building a new fa- cility for our Urgent Care services, continuing to expand our Veteran's services and reaching out to the communities to meet their health education needs are all a part of the new Strategic Plan." "We are excited about the direction that Kevin is going to take the hos- pital," said Board President, Cheryl Montijo. "Healthcare is changing and the hospital needs strong lead- ership, we believe Kevin is the right person for the job." Kevin Brown has been employed with La Paz Regional Hospital (LPRH) since 2009 and has an ex- tensive background in both Infor- mation Technology and Technical New CEO at hospital Project Management. He is a long- time Parker resident of 28 years with six years of military service. He was also last year's recipient of the Judith Rich Healthcare Leadership Scholar- ship which enabled Kevin to partici- pate in the 2016 Arizona Institute for Healthcare Leadership Program. LPRH works to enhance the quality of life of their patients, staff and com- munity. It is a not-for-profit Criti- cal Access Hospital serving La Paz County and surrounding California areas. LPRH has a network of inpa- tient and outpatient services, clin- ics, imaging centers and affiliations to create a truly regional provider of health and wellness services. DEADLINE : WED.
