Atchison was arrested and provid- ed a fi ctitious name to the arresting offi cer. Atchison was booked into the La Paz Coun- ty Detention Center for False Reporting to Law Enforcement and Disorderly Conduct. 01/09 Christopher Barker (42) a va- grant with no fi xed address became intoxi- cated and caused a disturbance at a local campground. Barker was arrested and found in possession of marijuana and drug para- phernalia. Barker was cited for Attempted Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Disorderly Conduct. 01/09 Douglas Larin (47) of Highland, CA was cited and released for Driving with a Suspended License. 01/09 Johnny Carrol (54) a vagrant from Tennessee was intoxicated when con- cealed merchandise and left a local business without paying for the item. Carroll was ar- rested in the parking lot by police and found in possession of a vehicle with fi ctitious li- cense plates. Carroll was cited for Shoplift- ing and Displaying a Fictitious Plate. 01/09 Thomas Robinson (49) a va- grant from Kentucky was arrested after ARRESTS FROM PAGE 48 being involved in a physical disturbance at a local business with another vagrant over the ownership of a dog. Robinson then threatened the victim while in the back of a patrol vehicle in the presence of the arrest- ing offi cer. Robinson was booked into the La Paz County Detention Center for Disor- derly Conduct and Threats. 01/10 Gary Leiser (56) a vagrant with no fi xed address was arrested for possessing an illegally altered handgun and was found in illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia. Lei- ser was booked into the La Paz Detention Center for Misconduct Involving Weapons with pending charges of Possession of Dan- gerous Drugs, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 01/10 Bruce Lummes (60) of Roches- ter, WA was arrested for DUI and booked into the La Paz County Detention Center. 01/10 Mark Bowser (26) a vagrant from Iowa, Kentucky and Pennsylvania was observed sleeping inside the cargo area of a local business' delivery truck after hours without permission. Bowser was arrested and later cited for Criminal Trespass. 01/11 Mark Bowser (26) a vagrant from Iowa, Kentucky and Pennsylvania was ob- served sleeping/camping in the Hi Jolly Cem- etery.
