Morgan was booked into La Paz County Detention Facil- ity. 11/16: David Workman, 66, of Quartzsite, AZ, was arrested for Dis- orderly Conduct during a Domestic Violence Incident and booked into La Paz County Detention Facility. 11/16: Jeremiah Sinarski, 40, Transient, was arrested for Disor- derly Conduct and booked into La Paz County Detention Facility. 11/18: Jesse Rickman, 23, of Quartzsite, AZ, was arrested for DUI and Theft. Rickman was booked into the La Paz County Detention Facility. 11/18: Fatima Ortiz, 33, of Quartzsite, AZ, was arrested for Theft and booked into the La Paz County Detention Facility. 11/18: Semaj Elam, 21, of Carson, CA, was arrested for Aggravated DUI and booked into the La Paz County Detention Facility. 11/18: Micah King, 23, of Comp- ton, CA, was issued a criminal citation for possession of drug paraphernalia. 11/19: Michael Jefferson, 30, of Lancaster, CA was cited and released for Attempted Possession of Mari- juana. 11/21: Joanne Marsden, 50, of Menlo Park, CA was cited and re- leased for Shoplifting. 11/21: Sullivan Jim, 25, of Quartzsite, AZ was cited and released for Disorderly Conduct. 11/22: James Field, 54, of Quartzsite, AZ was arrested for Traffi cking in Stolen Property, Conspiracy to Commit Theft, Theft- Controlling Property of Another, Conspiracy to commit Traffi cking in Stolen Property, Theft-Controlling Stolen Property, Misconduct with Weapon-Possession of Prohibited Weapon, Misconduct with Weapon- Prohibited Possessor, Conspiracy to commit Misconduct with Weapon, Possession of Dangerous Drugs, Pos- session of Dangerous Drugs for Sale, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after service of a search warrant, and then booked into the La Paz County Detention Facility. 11/23: Rafael Silva, 29, of Indio, CA was cited and released for Excessive Speed. 11/23: James Talley, 45, of Quartzsite, AZ was arrested for a Contempt of Court warrant issued by Quartzsite Magistrate Court, and booked into the La Paz County Adult Detention Facility. 11/24: Andrea Buckley, 31, of Quartzsite, AZ was arrested for Tres- passing and booked into the La Paz County Adult Detention Facility. 11/24: Daniel Gonzalez, 23, of Mesa, AZ was arrested for Possession of Marijuana for Sale, Transportation of Marijuana for Sale, and Posses- sion of Narcotic Drugs for Sale, and booked into the La Paz County Adult Detention Facility. 11/26: Jessica Radican, 31, of Blythe, CA was arrested for ten counts of Theft of Credit Card, and booked into the La Paz County Adult Detention Facility.
