Gallery Card Deck

In February, TakingITGlobal with the support of Renaissance Expedition (REx),
released a new card game to assist educators in introducing their students to
global issues. The card deck is comprised of 43 image cards showcasing digital
art created by youth participants of our Adobe Youth Voices program. On
the back of each image, there is information about the piece and the artist,
which can be used for community development and educational purposes to
promote intercultural understanding.
The deck also includes 15 creative learning activity cards that can be used as a
tool to spark deep conversations and reflections. The card deck has been used
by various groups of educators from the Toronto District School Board and
workshop facilitators in Central and South America.
Adobe Youth Voices Transition

Over the past 6 years, TakingITGlobal's Adobe Youth Voices Program has reached
over 10,000 youth from more than 150 organizations in 35 countries around the world. Our transition activities were an
opportunity for us to thank and celebrate the hard work and commitment of educators, youth, and organizations that we
have partnered with over the years.
We launched a series of Partner Appreciation Events in 8 countries around the world where youth showcased their digital
media pieces through exhibitions, discussions, and presentations. Creative confidence workshops were conducted and
youth shared inspirational stories about the impacts they experienced through the AYV program.
