Alpha Beta Chapter of Phi Mu Fraternity at The University of Arkansas Sooiet HΦΜE Phi Mu FAll 2016 T here's never been a more exciting time to be a Phi Mu! After just a few years back at the University of Arkansas, our collegiate sisters have built a wonderful reputation on campus. They just completed yet another successful recruitment, built strong connections with other Greek organizations, and are leaders in philanthropy. While our undergraduates are busy rebuilding our chapter, we know there is one thing missing—YOU! Since Alpha Beta returned to Fayetteville in 2012, we have been grateful for many wonderful alumnae who helped us return stronger than ever. But we want all of our alumnae to feel like they are able to reconnect and be involved during this exciting time, so in concert with Chapter Advisors and officers, we have decided to distribute a semiannual newsletter to all alumnae, collegians, and their parents. We are committed to communicating with you about alumnae news and events, Chapter milestones and activities, as well as information about the university. Three Ways To GeT Involved If you are interested in becoming involved with the collegiate chapter, please contact me at sebgohogs1@ gmail.com. Some ways you can help the collegiate chapter are by providing yourself or resources for membership development, attending philanthropy percentage events, or serving on the Advisory Council. Alpha Beta Chapter also has a Chapter Association. Chapter Associations help alumnae stay in touch with each other and with the collegiate members. If you are interested in joining the Alpha Beta Chapter Association, please contact Carolyn nalley '79 at cswnalley@gmail.com. The Northwest Arkansas Alumnae Chapter would love for you to get involved in the area alumnae chapter. If you are interested in connecting with area alumnae, participating in philanthropic opportunities, volunteering and participating in social events and other activities, find us on Facebook by searching "NW Arkansas Phi Mu" and contact Miranda Corwin, Lambda Epsilon '98 at nwaphimu@gmail.com. We WanT To hear froM you! We hope you enjoy this newsletter, the latest addition to our alumnae communication program. Watch for other alumnae events; we have more exciting opportunities planned! Please contact me with any ideas for articles or photos that you would like to submit for a future issue!
