With a potential Robert Adger Smythe award on the horizon, the chapter is committed to giving the utmost effort. Zeta Chi also has some new goals for the fall semester. Overall, the chapter aims to earn a 3.3 GPA, raise $5,000 for our philanthropies, and complete 2,000 hours of service. sPriNg semesTer suCCesses Not only did Pike finish the spring semester strong in academics, we also excelled in many of the other categories. With a brand new philanthropy arising, we successfully raised $700 for the Taylor Trudeau Cycle for Life, an event we hosted for the first time. The chapter also completed a high all-campus number of service hours, at exactly 1,194 hours. While Pike finished third overall in athletics, the futsal team, led by adam monterusso '13, brought home the gold in a 5-1 win over Phi Delta Theta. faLL reCruiTmeNT WeLCOmeD 45 NeW memBers Fall recruitment went extremely well for Zeta Chi. scott Harned '13, along with the recruitment team, rounded up 45 quality men to begin the new member process. The new chapter house looks better than ever and the active members wouldn't be able to live in it if it weren't for you. We're excited for Homecoming, and we hope to see you all on October 14-16!
