is modeled after the newly remodeled
sorority houses
• No more standard bedroom furniture
because undergraduates prefer to bring
their own
• Den layout changed and includes three flat
screen TVs, a pool table, and custom
furniture
• Virtually indestructible tables with
benches for the dining room seats 85
people
• Remodeled Chapter room and eliminated
roof access
• Expanded outdoor patio with two 80-inch
waterproof TVs. Permanent raised
concrete bandstand
• Completely re-graded back yard with new
brick column fence
