2006
Premiere Issue of CityView! CityView is
founded by publisher Marshall Waren
and his wife Sandee, both Fayetteville
natives. They have one goal in mind
tell all of Fayetteville's good stories.

Festival Park opens. Located at the
corner of Ray Avenue and Rowan
Street in downtown Fayetteville,
Festival Park has been described as the
"crown jewel of downtown."

CityView moves from being published
six times a year to being published
eight times per year.
April 2008
Fayetteville Area Convention & Visitors
Bureau (FACVB) receive a $150,000
Preserve America Grant.
May 2008
The first special issue, Special Real
Estate Issue, is published.
