"There aren't too many scholarship programs that would fund a student going to a technical institute for
welding, so I was very grateful to receive a scholarship. The Adult Excellence Award will, of course, help me
in financial means, but the awesome part about the Adult Excellence Award versus the ASEP Scholarship is
that I had to earn it."
