We started by talking about the financial support we have received from our alumnae over the past several years. Every board member commented that our alumnae generosity has allowed us to complete many necessary projects for the chapter house that have been sitting on the back burner for years. A NEW COAT OF PAINT House Corporation President Renny Christian Arensberg '76 has wanted to paint the house ever since she started on the board 13 years ago. This major project will finally happen this summer because of our alumnae support. Liz Hickam Ardell '90 has also served on the board for 13 years, and she said that it has felt great to cross so many things off our list of projects. This comment brought on some laughter because, as you can imagine, our to-do list remains quite long. THANK YOU, ANNUAL DONORS Bev Brown Burnside '76, board member for 13 years, noted that the majority of the donations were between $25 and $100, with many alumnae giving on a yearly basis. That level of giving bodes well for the future of our house. THETA OMEGA REMAINS A SPECIAL PLACE Renae Kilian Baker '78, a strong chapter supporter, said it best: "The house and my experiences were such a positive for me at an important time in my life. There is always a list of options for where one can make a contribution. The Tri Delta chapter at KU is dear to my heart, and it is so great that we can come together to improve the experience for our current and future Theta Omega sisters." The House Corporation would like to thank everyone from the bottom of our Delta hearts for investing in the future of Theta Omega. We wouldn't be able to do many of the decorating projects and repairs without you. If you're interested in becoming part of Theta Omega's House Corporation, please contact me. We'd be happy to have you. Loyally, Pat Domann '73 Board Member domann@saint-johns.net See the list of our generous donors on page 3!
