This is the time you may file an appeal if you disagree with your Full Cash Value or Classification. If you do not receive your Notice of Property Value, please call our office at (928) 669-6165. We would also like to re- mindyou that you can now receive your Notice of Property Value via e-mail. To learn how to register for e-notifica- tion, contact us. Now that Proposition 117 came into effect, remember your Limited Cash Value can only go up five percent (5%) a year if there were no changes to your property. This is the value your tax rates are derived from. With the changes in today's market there are areas that have in- creased, some that have decreased, and some with very little change.
