OMICRONICLE ATTENTION: This newsletter is intended for alumni and parents. If your son is still attending the University of Alabama, he will receive a copy at the chapter house. If he has graduated, please mail us his new address to help update our records. Thank you. PI KAPPA PHI P.O. Box 1880 Tuscaloosa, AL 35403 Address Service Requested Omicron Hosts Successful Parents Brunch L ast fall, the undergraduates held a brunch for our new members and their parents. It was an opportunity to go over our expectations of the new members, answer parent's questions, and tour our impressive new Chapter House. For brunch, College Fresh, our new food service, served French toast casserole, grilled chicken wraps, a salad bar, and more. The morning commenced with distribution of a detailed budget print out and a review of financial plans with parents. The financial picture presentation was well received by the parents and all questions were addressed. After the question and answer session, a Chapter House tour began. The parents were impressed at every turn and seemed to fall in love with the Chapter House. We made a point to show the alumni plaques, the beautiful balcony at the front of the house and many other magnificent features. Overall, the brunch was a huge success and we are happy that the Chapter suggested it. A similar event is planned for fall 2016. In August, 25 or so Brothers pitched in to "Omicronize" our Chapter House even more. Like our old House, we painted "OMICRON" and "ΠΚΦ" on the west stairwell using the same colors from 312 University Blvd. Our band room looks very familiar.
