In essence, you could call our new plan a "hybrid" approach because we will continue to publish the print edition in addition to our online publication. is hybrid direction is an exciting strategy for us that will enhance our readership by the thousands, both in terms of direct distribution and by word-of-mouth – in this day and age, it is far easier to share an article on Facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter than it is to package a magazine, put it in an envelope, and mail it to a colleague across the country whom you want to be sure sees it.
