Fayetteville also has novelists, includ- ing Suzetta Perkins. Perkins, a prolific author, has seven novels about the love and turns of her woman and man in conflict. Her latest novels are titled "At the End of the Day" and "Nothing Stays the Same". She is a member of a regional group of writers who travel between Charlotte, Greensboro, Fay- etteville and the Triangle to support and read each other's work. My children went to school here and we like living in the community and choose to remain and make it home." Many of Fayetteville's writers bring memories of growing up on military bases from Japan, Germany and Pope AFB and Ft. Bragg into their works.
