FAYETTEVILLE faces OF DOUG NUNNALLY, PRESIDENT, FAYETTEVILLE REGIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS Doug Nunnally serves as the 2012 President for the Fayetteville Regional Association of Realtors and the Broker-in-Charge at Keller Williams Realty. Doug has been a resident for 36 years and says the best part of his job is helping people find or sell their home and becoming friends along the way. "We have had our slow period but it did not happen overnight. It will take time to recover," he said. "The overall future market trends are promising." Doug just finished reading and would recommend "The Compound Effect" by Darren Hardy, publisher of Success Magazine. " He also said he would recommend anything written by John C. Maxwell. ANNA RODRIGUEZ, MILITARY FAMILY AND YOUTH LIAISON, CUMBERLAND COUNTY SCHOOLS Anna Rodriguez, the Military Family and Youth Liaison for Cumberland County Schools has lived in Fayetteville since 1990. Like many others, the military brought her family here, but she considers it home. She says her favorite part of her job is working with the community members that share a common mission to help military families. In her spare time she enjoys reading, writing, hiking and playing on the computer. FRANCIE BARRAGAN, HEAD WOMEN'S TENNIS COACH, METHODIST UNIVERSITY Francie Barragan, the Head Women's Tennis Coach at Methodist University is a Fayetteville native. Not only that, she played tennis at Terry Sanford High School. While she sports the Monarch's green and gold uniform, underneath she bleeds red. Francie is a Wolfpack women's tennis standout from 1997- 2000 and went on to become the graduate assistant for the team before the events of 9/11 changed her course. She was supposed to be flying that day. That gave her some perspective about her time on the road. With a passion for the sport all roads led back to tennis and ultimately turned into a career. Volunteering on the side, it is her goal to get kids of all ages into the sport and she has directed kids' tennis camps since 2006. CityViewNC.com | 69
