Moon Mountain Avenue. Elaine will discuss services available through BBB, including business reviews, ratings, customer reviews, complaint history and more. She will also discuss active scams and share some of the "red flags" to help consumers better recognize scammers whether it be by phone, email or regular mail. Elaine will be available for one-on-one meet- ings between 10am & noon, and again imme- diately after the presentation until 3pm. There will be some give-aways, too!
