The free event is open to all Tehama County youth in elementary, middle and high school categories. Prizes to the top three finalists. All entries will feature Tehama County cattle ranching, agriculture or beef as part of a healthy Western diet. Come show your support for area youth and stick around for the original form of the American Cowboy.
