She was survived by two sons Christopher (Jessica) Collins, Jason Granham both from Chan- dler, AZ. She has 5 grandchildren . Also survived by her mother Janice Weaver of Spokane, WA. Two sisters Janni Morehouse of Spokane, WA; Mary Pedersen of Medford, OR. Two Brothers Joe Pedersen of Spokane, WA; and Terry Pedersen of Newport, WA. She also was preceded in death by her sister Margarett Lazard also of Quartzsite, AZ. Also several aunts , uncles, and cousins. Private Memorial services were held on Friday Novem- ber 6th in Chandler, AZ. Melauni will be missed gratefully by all. She had a lot of love to give and was loved by so many. Clayton William Marshall left this life on November 3rd, 2015 at home in Quartzsite, AZ at age 86. He was born October 27th, 1929 in Columbus, TX, the seventh of eight children born to Lawrence E. and Ruth E. (Ward) Marshall. He was raised in the Ahtanum Valley attending Marks & Wiley City Elementary, Franklin Junior High and Yakima High before joining the US Coast Guard at age 17 – stationed in Ketchikan, Alaska. He worked in the construction trade as painter, carpenter and then in excava- tion. He married Maxine Yount in Coeur d'Alene, ID December 27th, 1960 – they enjoyed nearly 55 years to- gether RVing, fishing, rockhounding, hunting arrowheads, and spending the past 21 winters in Arizona. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Richard, James & Daniel and sisters Edith Hicks, Ethel Evely, Myrtle Berman & Helen Eute- neier. He is survived by his wife Maxine, son Rick (Maureen) Biskup of Mar- seilles, IL and daughter Jamie (Terry) Vinson of Stonewall, LA, six grandchil- dren, 17 great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter. Also special nieces Ruth (Gary) Han- sen, Lori (Dave) Osborn and Shirley (Talbert) Taylor, all of Yakima, WA, and nephews Jim Marshall of Colville, WA & Don (Dee) Berman of Prineville, OR. They were a major part of his life and heart. He especially enjoyed his "Thursdays with Trent" (Taylor) for the past two summers. As per his request no ser- vices will be held. At your next camp- fire burn a hot dog for him. Happy trails my love! Jeanne Davis, 86 years old went to be with the Lord on October 28, 2015. She was a long time resident of Quartzsite and a professional musician. She was a member of the "Old Time Fiddlers" and with her late husband played country music throughout the area. She also played with an all girl band called "The Polka Dots" in the 90's. She loved doing Karaoke. All this time spending over 20 years on the stage of the QIA Gospel Jam on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays until her health started to decline. Several Jam sessions are honoring (or have already honored her) including the Tuesday night Jam at Community Bible Church where the new rails for the podium were dedicated to her and the 1st Gospel Jam of the season at the QIA where she played for so long. There is a plaque honoring her which has her picture and is signed by those who loved and respected her which will be placed at Celia's Rainbow Gardens for all to see. She was preceded in death by her husband and 2 sons, one of whom died in Vietnam. She is survived by her daughter, numerous grand children and great grand children and fellow musicians and fans all over the coun- try. We will miss her.
