ATTORNEYS AT LAW THE LAW FIRM OF YARBOROUGH, WINTERS & NEVILLE, P.A. combines the talents and experience of five well-established and respected Fayetteville attorneys, including partners Neil Yarborough, Ad Winters, and Thomas Neville, to provide big-city legal services with a hometown touch. Working in different practice areas along with attorneys John Jackson and Elizabeth Prewitt Gilluly and an excellent support staff, the firm provides a broad array of legal services to local, regional and national clients. During his 35 years of practice in Cumberland County, Neil Yarborough has developed an extensive record of public and community service. He has served as the county attorney for Cumberland and Hoke Counties and has served and serves as the town attorney for several towns in the region along with state agencies and other governmental entities across the state. In addition to local government law, Yarborough concentrates his practice in the areas of land condemnation, land use and real estate law. An experienced trial attorney, Yarborough received his law degree from the University of North Carolina in 1977 and a master's degree from Duke University the same year. He has served in several state and local bar leadership positions throughout his career as well as his involvement in various community based organizations and charities and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Home Builders Association. Ad Winters concentrates his practice in the areas of construction law, administrative law, personal injury and civil litigation. He currently serves as the President of the Cumberland County Bar Association. He also serves as President of the Board of Directors of Fayetteville Operation Inasmuch and is a member of the Professional Construction Estimators Associa- tion. A graduate of Georgetown University and the University Of North Carolina School Of Law, Winters has practiced law in North Carolina since 1985 and in Fayetteville since 1995. Thomas Neville practices in the areas of corporate/ business law, collections, estates and civil litigation. He obtained his undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University and his law degree from Campbell Law School. Neville was a Captain in the Left to right, seated: Ad Winters, Neil Yarborough, Thomas Neville; standing: Elizabeth Prewitt Gilluly and John Jackson U.S. Marine Corps and served in Operations Desert Storm and Desert Shield. John Jackson is a 1971 graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law who practices primarily in the area of municipal, real estate and business law. He represents several local government entities here in Cumberland County and plays a major role in the firm's real estate closing practice. John is a Vietnam Veteran and a Retired Colonel in the U.S. Army, Special Forces. Elizabeth Prewitt Gilluly, a long time Fayetteville resident, is the youngest attorney in the firm. She is a 2007 graduate of Campbell Law School. Prior to joining the firm she served as a clerk to North Carolina Court of Appeals Judge John Tyson. Her husband, Chris, a captain in the United States Army, is currently serving in Afghanistan.
