Active members have expressed an interest in a traditional-style house, yet unique enough to distinguish Pike from everyone else. ey also have a desire for a meeting room for conducting business; plenty of outdoor space to host recruitment events, brotherhood activities, and alumni gatherings; and plenty of study rooms so that they can continue to maintain a standard of academic excellence. Ken Schwab '77 has been appointed BHP's real estate agent of record and all housing possibilities flow through him. We are confident that, as Zeta Chi Chapter continues to make progress, we will find a fraternity house for Pike on MSU's campus. Dylan Meyers '12 was awarded the 2015 John A. Jackson Zeta Chi Memorial Scholarship.
