he Ohio Delta Chapter House is a beautiful house with a rich
history. Originally called the Linton House, it was built in
1908 by Alfred Linton, and the architects were Dawson and
Holbrook. It cost $25,000 for the 16-room house to be built, and it
is made out of reinforced concrete, pressed brick, and a slate roof. Phi
Kappa Psi purchased the home in 1914. Please enjoy these historical
