S
igma Alpha Epsilon is on the rise, even when it seems times are difficult.
The current group of brothers at Indiana Sigma contains individuals
who are dedicated to making SAE the best fraternity on
campus. We continue to recruit and retain high-quality
members. Indiana Sigma holds itself to a high standard
and we are committed to improving the Chapter.
Indiana Sigma has been working on its 365-day
recruitment plan. Finding the best members does not
cease and will not happen overnight. The recruitment
committee worked tirelessly over the summer to contact
promising high-caliber members. The committee and
Chapter maintain high but attainable goals for the
upcoming school year. Once our quality members are
initiated, we strive to retain each member with our
extensive True Gentleman Experience over their next
four years.
Over the summer, Indiana Sigma improved its living facility. We added two
basketball goals to the parking lot. The Chapter plans to host a tournament
and cookout for students to attend. This event will promote our name to all
students and show that SAE is an organization of character.
Furthermore, a new area to train for the trike and tandem races is planned
to be created in the current garage area. Indiana Sigma will also work on a
privacy fence or wall to create a yard and prevent any potential disturbances
with local neighbors.
Every year, seniors graduate and move on. Sigma
Alpha Epsilon was created for the undergraduate, but
brotherhood is forever. We encourage alumni to remain
in contact with the active Chapter to build relationships
and connections. You are an SAE and always will be. Our
diverse group of alumni sets us apart from many other
fraternities at Indiana State. Your experience is invaluable
and the active Chapter cherishes your knowledge. Whether
it be fulfilling your capital campaign pledges or an e-mail
once a month, the active members of Indiana Sigma are
grateful for your involvement. It is a commitment to be
and SAE and we need your help to thrive.
Contact me if you would like to continue to be involved with Indiana Sigma
or even if you would like to say a few words to the Chapter. We look
forward to advancing our relationship with you.
Phi Alpha!
