TakingITGlobal collaborated with several partners to launch Sprout
Ideas Camp, an immersive week-long experience for 40 students in
grades 4 to 9 to learn about technology, design thinking, and social
innova on as they create digital games on issues they care about.
This camp was made possible in partnership with the Toronto
District School Board, the OCAD University's Inclusive Design
Ins tute, and several industry partners. In 2014, TakingITGlobal
was awarded a grant from the Ministry of Economic Development,
Trade and Employment to expand the program into 2015!
