A big first for AYV this year was our inaugural Adobe Youth Voices Film Camp. The camp took place
in July 2014 in partnership with the Na onal Film Board (NFB) of Canada in Toronto. Eighteen young
people par cipated in a week long interac ve film-making experience, learning how to express their
ideas and concerns about social issues in this medium. They were assisted by media mentors from
York University, staff at the NFB, and several guest speakers.
