Up to $100* for installing a High
Efficiency Toilet (HET)
• Purchase a new high-efficiency toilet
with an official EPA WaterSense® label
to replace one that uses
at least 3.5 gallons of
water per flush (GPF).
• Earn a bill credit worth
25% (up to $100) of the HET purchase
price (excluding tax, delivery and
installation). One household can
replace up to three toilets and earn
bill credits for each.

Up to $400* for a Home
Efficiency Audit
• If your home was built before 2006,
you should consider scheduling a home
audit performed by a PWC certified
Efficiency Auditor.
• They will conduct a thorough inspection
of your home – including your HVAC
system – to see where your home may be
"losing" power and water. ($75 audit fee;
$40 if your home uses gas).
• Implement audit recommendations and
earn bill credits up to $400, which
includes audit fee refund just for having
your HVAC checked.
